The staff was courteous, the room was huge, everything was perfect. Really good facilities and luxurious breakfast. The hotel was located short walk to the bus stop, Kyoto, Arima Onsen.

I loved fabulous staff and location. The bedroom was cosy, beds were comfy as well. It was decorated in the antique design. It was an absolutely amazing stay, you could leave a car nearby.

Interesting place for a 2-night stay. We had a japanese-style suite with climate control, a private safe and a flat-screen TV.

It was a great experience. It's really traditional hotel with helpful staff. We dined out at Ryozen Shunju, set easy walk to the venue.
